If you’ve signed up using our paper forms on or before Societies Day (24 Feb 2016), we have already created an account for you on our website. You should have received an email with your username and password, and another email about the guides course (sent 11.45 pm, 6 March 2016).
If you didn’t receive either of those emails, it’s probably because:
- They’re in your junk mail folder. If that’s where they’ve ended up, be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to the safe senders list so our emails don’t get redirected to junk mail.
- There could be a typo with your email address when your details were uploaded to the website. This is most likely the case if you didn’t get an email notifying you that your account has been created. Email email@example.com with your full name and email address, and we’ll correct it straightaway.
- Our emails are sent using MailChimp, a service that is separate from the website. It’s set up to automatically import email addresses from the website and add them to the mailing list. This could be a slow process, so your email address might not have been imported yet. Or you might have to sign in to your website account before the import can occur.
